Mathematical Model for Effective Gas Diffusion Coefficient in Multi-scale Fractal Porous Media

چکیده

Based on the capillary hypothesis and fractal theory, a mathematical model for calculating effective gas diffusion coefficient in porous media is established. By using geometry pore area dimension, tortuosity dimension connectivity are introduced to quantitatively characterize real internal structure media. An derived, influence of multi-scale microstructure parameters discussed. The results show that approximates linearly increase with porosity, positive correlation, but negatively related it. In case different porosities, varies change diameter ratio, increases connectivity.
